This time the rumors were true. Boise’s Heather Cox will be joining NBC Sports in August.
Cox, who lives in Boise, was an ESPN reporter for 22 years as a sideline reporter for College Football, the NBA and other sports.
She resigned last month, but will be working again soon for NBC Sports during the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio as a Vollyball reporter.
NBC also has plans to use Heather Cox as a sideline reporter during NFL Thursday Night Football games.
