A Coeur d’Alene police officer was shot and killed on May 5, 2015.
Sgt. Greg Moore is just the latest officer to be honored and remembered at a candlelight vigil Wednesday night at the Idaho Peace Officer Memorial honoring all 71 officers who have died in the line of duty.
A larger ceremony is happening today (Thursday) at 10:00 a.m. at Idaho State Police headquarters.
The public is invited to attend.
