Mountain Home Police are looking for 74-year-old John Nichols, who went missing early Tuesday evening from Cedar Crest Residential Care.
According to officers, John was last seen in the area of Albertsons in Mountain Home around 9:00 PM Tuesday in his wheelchair.
He is considered missing and endangered.
He is described as a white male, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
