Men Found Guilty Of Planning And Carrying Out Boise Murder

A man accused of ordering a hit on two Boise men and another man accused of carrying out the murder have been found guilty.

The Ada County Prosecutor’s Office says John Douglas was found guilty of 2 counts of 1st degree murder and 1 count of attempted murder and Anthony Robins Jr was convicted of two counts of aiding and abetting 1st degree murder and 1 count of aiding and abetting attempted murder.

Authorities say Robins hired Douglas to kill Travontae Calloway and Elliot Bailey after they allegedly stole 30 pounds of marijuana from him.

The men were shot and killed in May 2014 in Boise, a woman in the home was shot but lived.

Douglas and Robins will be sentenced on April 15th, they face up to life in prison.
