UPDATE: The Ada County Sheriff’s Office has identified the driver of a burned-out vehicle found near Swan Falls Dam this morning (Wednesday).
Police say the vehicle was found by dam employees partway down the Swan Falls access road.
The driver of the car, a 39-year-old Caldwell man, told deputies he climbed up to the road after crash and got a ride to the hospital, but some details he’s given them have conflicted according to police.
The Idaho Statesman reports, the man is being treated for significant by not life-threatening injuries.
