A Boise developer has applied for permits to build 15 townhomes on a vacant lot near downtown.
David Hale says the homes will go in on Idaho Street between 16th and 17th Streets.
Hale tells The Idaho Statesman reports he doesn’t have a price range yet, but does hope to start construction on the project in early 2016.
Each townhome will include a single-car garage, private open patio space and a second-floor deck with views of the Foothills.
