Today is the 35th anniversary of John Lennon’s death. One of the many days that I don’t look forward to every year. As many people know, John Lennon is an idol of mine and a man I look up to. I wasn’t born until a decade after he died, but I still love the man. My heart breaks to read all of the articles and look back on the pictures of John Lennon’s death and past. Lennon was a musical genius, a peace advocate, a father, and so much more. There is so much to be learned from his death, people were brought together (fans mainly) and the world stopped moving for a moment. It’s like that with many deaths of people we looked up to including J.F.K. Moments that shocked the nation. If you have time take a moment and look at some of the articles written to reflect on John Lennon.
