A Boise man has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his four-month-old son.
Thomas Rowley will be eligible for parole in 25 years.
The Ada County Prosecutor’s Office says Rowley was found to have severely shaken his son Milo before dropping him face first in his crib, causing him to suffer a deadly brain injury from which he died. This happened on June 20th, 2020.
The Prosecutor says Rowley waited four hours before calling dispatch to get help for his son, who later died at a local hospital.
The Ada County Prosecutor says Rowley hit and shook Milo several times before his death.
In March 2023, a jury convicted Rowley of first-degree murder.
