Bogus Basin opens for seven day a week operations

Dust off your skies and snowboards, folks.

Bogus Basin on Thursday announced that it will open for seven-day a week operations beginning on Friday. The forecast is looking really (really) good.

“We are pleased to announce the start of daily operations at Bogus Basin on snowmaking served runs,” said Nate Shake, director of mountain operations. “With a considerable amount of snow in the forecast, we are ready to open additional terrain as soon as conditions allow.”

The mountain says forecasts are calling for up to 17 inches of snow with the upcoming storm.

CBS2 reports Deer Point Express and Coach Chairlifts, and Easy Rider & Explorer surface lifts will begin seven-day-a-week operations on Friday. Additional lifts and terrain will open as conditions allow.
