Yes – it’s hot again today, and it’s been hot for several days.
At least there is one thing we have not had to deal with yet here in the Treasure Valley… Rolling Blackouts.
That’s not the case in Spokane where they announced there will be more rolling blackouts, even as the temperature soars to record setting levels.
About 8,200 Spokane-area customers lost power earlier this week due to the rolling balackouts, and more are expected thru the week.
Seattle and Portland residents have been warned, they may also experience power issues as utility companies work to meet the increased demand for power with temps reaching all time highs this week.
