ESI Construction Announces Leadership Transition, New Corporate Initiatives, and Formation of a Corporate Responsibility Task Force
BOISE, ID – ESI Construction today announced that Tom Hill has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
ESI Construction also announced several key leadership and organizational changes:
- Neil Nelson, ESI’s current President, will assume the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. With a longstanding history at ESI Construction, Mr. Nelson is known for his strategic vision and steadfast commitment to ESI’s mission. His proven leadership and dedication will be central as the company works to rebuild trust and steer the company toward a future defined by respect and excellence.
- Dallis Fontenot has been elevated to the role of Chief People Officer. With 25 years of dedicated service to ESI Construction and a strong standing in the community, Ms. Fontenot brings invaluable experience and insight. Her deep understanding of ESI’s company culture and her commitment to fostering an environment of respect and collaboration will play a critical role in guiding our People strategy.
- Formation of a Corporate Responsibility Task Force: In ESI’s ongoing commitment to its company values, it is establishing a Corporate Responsibility Task Force. This task force, in partnership with the community, will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of ESI’s current practices and policies, with a particular focus on fostering respect across all levels of our organization.
