Mayor Lauren McLean is inviting the community to The Franklin Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, October 23rd at 4:00 p.m.
Join City of Boise leaders and project partner J. Fisher Companies, as they celebrate the opening of The Franklin, the city’s first affordable housing land trust project.
The Franklin is located at 227 S Orchard Street in Boise.
The Franklin is comprised of four buildings, 205 total apartments, including 20 apartments dedicated to families exiting homelessness.
It will also feature a childcare facility through Giraffe Laugh and is located adjacent to Franklin Park.
Following short remarks and a ribbon cutting ceremony, there will be light refreshments and an opportunity to tour parts of the project.
