On August 12th, 2024, at approximately 7:37 pm, Garden City Police responded to a hit and run injury accident near W. Marigold Street and N. Glenwood Street.
Upon arrival, officers learned a person in a black pickup had struck a three wheeled motorcycle and fled the scene.
The 62 year old male driver of the motorcycle and an 8 year old passenger sustained minor injuries.
While conducting an area search for the suspect, officers located the suspect near Thurman and Garrett Streets.
At the conclusion of their investigation officers arrested Jesse Breshears
on the following charges:
Aggravated Driving Under the Influence Felony
Leaving the scene of an accident Felony
Open Container by Driver Misdemeanor
Breshears will be arraigned at 1:30 pm on Tuesday August 12th at the Ada County Courthouse.
