29 year-old Ryann Holland was sentenced Tuesday on five felony counts of Aggravated DUI.
Holland was arrested in December of 2023 following a three vehicle crash on West Orchard Avenue west of Middleton Rd in Nampa.
That crash seriously injured one adult and four juveniles.
Court records show Holland, who had a blood alcohol level of .271 was breastfeeding her six-month old baby and had a 2 year old in the back seat when that crash happened.
And prior to that crash, Holland had hit another vehicle near N Canyon and 2nd St south….and left the scene.
A judge sentenced Holland Tuesday to serve 10 years fixed, and 15 years indeterminate, for a total unified sentence of 25 years in prison.
And her driver’s license will be suspended for 5 years following her release.
