A heat Advisory is in effect today – and will remain in effect until Friday night for portions of southwest Idaho and southeast Oregon.
Temperatures are expected to reach as high as 105 on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service says you should take a few precautions, such as drinking plenty of fluids, and stay out of the sun if possible. You are also asked to check up on relatives and neighbors who may have a harder time caring for themselves, especially if they do not have air conditioning.
You should also take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside.
