A 68-year-old Eagle doctor is accused of inappropriately touching multiple victims at his work.
Boise Police says officers arrested Dr. Stanley Waters of Eagle on a warrant for two counts of misdemeanor sexual battery at his work on the 1600 block of W. Shoreline Drive.
He was booked into the Ada County Jail but has since been released.
Waters is an orthopedic surgeon at American Orthopaedics on Shoreline Drive in Boise and is listed on St. Luke’s website.
“Dr. Stanley Waters is not employed by St. Luke’s,” the hospital said. “Dr. Waters is an independent physician with privileges at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center; his practice is not operated by St. Luke’s. St. Luke’s is reviewing the situation and will take appropriate steps as necessary.”
Investigators believe there may be additional victims.
