One person was left stabbed and another suffered an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound following a fight at the Western Idaho Fair.
The Ada County Sheriff’s Office says a fight broke out in the parking lot Friday evening, which led to the stabbing and shots fired report.
“We know it was confusing and perhaps frightening for people at the fair tonight,” the sheriff wrote. “Deputies acted quickly to figure out what was going on and keep people safe, which is why the parking lots were closed.”
The two people who were injured are getting treated now, but the extent of their injuries was not immediately known.
