Video shows suspect being taken into custody at gunpoint by Boise Police

An Oregon man was taken into custody at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon after officials say he pointed a gun at a tow truck driver.

Boise Police says when officers arrived, the suspect, Michael Grose, had left in his truck after he and the tow truck driver got into an argument.

Police caught up with him on the 1300 block of Shaw Mountain Road.

BPD says, as officers attempted to take the suspect into custody he resisted and attempted to fight off the officers.

Several officers then took the man into custody with their guns drawn.

Grose has been booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
