The Nampa Board of Trustees met in a special session Saturday to accept the resignation of Superintendent Paula Kellerer.
They also met Saturday to appoint Assistant Superintendent Greg Russell as interim superintendent.
A spokesperson says this change will take place immediately.
At the same session, the board accepted the resignation of Zone 2 Trustee Mike Kipp and declared a vacancy for his seat. The board will give out information on how to apply for that seat at a later date.
Kellerer submitted her resignation on Feb. 4th and Kipp announced his resignation on Jan. 28th.
