More than 200,000 people in the Gem State don’t know where their next meal is coming from. And when you donate food or money, it has a big impact.
The Idaho Foodbank says, for every one dollar that’s donated to the Idaho food bank, they are able to provide the food for up to four meals for Idahoans who are struggling with food insecurity.
Last year, the Idaho Food Bank distributed more than 30 million pounds of food across the state.
You can donate non-perishable food items to any Les Schwab Tire Center. Or, if you’d prefer to donate online, you can do so at Idahofoodbank.org.
