One of the big items people will be voting on today is the West Ada School District $14 million dollar supplemental levy to replace the current levy that will expire in June.
The supplemental levy on the ballot requires 50 percent, plus one to be approved.
The District says if this levy passes, it would continue to fund operations at the current status. The money is used for teacher salaries as well as benefits.
If the levy does not pass, they would be forced to look at cutting things like positions for staff, or possible classroom days.
The levy has to be re-approved every two years.
