Boise Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration event reminders and holiday safety information

The City of Boise will host the annual Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration at Ann Morrison Park on Sunday, July 4. The event is part of a summer of celebration as the Boise community recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.

EVENT DETAILS

The fireworks are scheduled to start at approximately 10:15 p.m. (dusk) on Independence Day. Ann Morrison Park will be closed to vehicles on the Fourth of July for the safety of all attendees. Visitors are welcome to ride a bike or walk into the park throughout the day. Additional details on where to park for the show and road closures are available on the city’s website.

There will be no food or drink vendors at this year’s event, so please remember to bring plenty of water and pack a picnic if you plan to arrive early. Outside food and drinks are permitted, but no glass bottles or containers are allowed and alcoholic beverages are not allowed within 250 feet of the Boise River Greenbelt. Thank you for leaving drones, pets, and all fireworks/sparklers at home when you visit Ann Morrison Park on the Fourth of July.
