West Ada providing summer schools targeted at reading and math

The West Ada School District is providing a K-5 summer school that’s targeted at reading and math intervention.

The district will also provide a kindergarten readiness summer program that is open to all incoming kindergarten students.

CBS2 reports there will also be options for older children.

A Middle School Summer School for 6-8 grade students needing intervention will also be provided. It will be held in-person at Meridian High School.

Grades 9-12 will be offering online summer school with in-person tutoring for the classes being taught online as needed.
