A 73-year-old Nampa man was accused Tuesday of stabbing his 92-year-old mother.
CBS2 reports Danial Fairchild was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery and possession of a controlled substance.
Officers responded to the house in Nampa and found that the woman was attacked by her adult son.
It’s not clear what caused the incident and police are releasing few details at this time due to the relationship of those involved.
