Boise State Football Player Arrested

For the second week in a row, a Boise State Football player has been arrested.

 

 

This time, Boise State defensive back Michael Young was arrested for DUI early Sunday morning.

KBOI-2-TV reports, Young was booked just after 3:30 a.m. for suspicion of driving while under the influence. He is due in court on Monday (today).

Boise State released a statement Sunday morning that said, “Boise State is aware of Michael Young’s arrest earlier this morning. As is always the case, the matter will be handled appropriately and internally.”

Defensive tackle David Moa was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace early in the morning on September 16. As punishment, Moa was held out of the 1st quarter of Boise State’s game on Friday against Virginia.
