Winter Storm Watch for the Boise Mountains

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm watch for the Boise Mountains late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening. Higher elevation locations could see anywhere between four and 10 inches of snow.

Two inches of snow is possible in lower Treasure Valley locations.

The storm watch means there’s a potential for significant snow accumulations, which may impact travel. After the precipitation falls, conditions look favorable for some serious cold temperatures to settle into the valley.
