Boise Police h ave arrested three people after they allegedly threatened and harassed others based on their race.
It happened around 7:40 PM Sunday, near North Liberty and Butte Street.
Police say evidence shows that 29-year-old Christopher Daniel, 48-year-old Verdell Daniel, and 27-year-old Thomas Caldwell, all of Boise, threatened and assaulted two juveniles as they walked down the street in separate altercations based on one of the victim’s race.
During one of the altercations, Christopher Daniel allegedly showed a knife.
All three men were arrested for felony malicious harassment.
Christopher Daniel was also charged with felony aggravated battery and misdemeanor battery.
Caldwell was also charged with misdemeanor battery and DUI.
