Man Pleads Guilty To Shooting Two People, Killing One In Idaho

A Twin Falls man has pleaded guilty to 1st degree murder following the shooting death of another man.

Police says 21-year-old Jacob Marshall met 53-year-old Kent Storrer and 32-year-old Jasper Qualls to test drive a car listed on Craigslist in July 2015.

But Marshall allegedly pulled out an AR-15 rifle and shot them.

Storrer died and Qualls was injured.

The Times News reports, Marshall pleaded guilty and agreed to spend at least 70 years in prison, but the death penalty was dropped.
