A Boise Freight-Rail Company has notified it’s workforce and the the Idaho Department of Labor it is laying off most of it’s employees.
MotivePower says 210 employees will be laid off by the end of July.
In a letter to the Department of Labor and Mayor Dave Bieter, MotivePower says the layoffs are due to, “the loss of significant work caused by the reduced capital spending of a key customer.”
