Idaho State troopers are still working to reopen Westbound I-84 east of Mountain Home.
Overnight, a crash between a semi and a pickup pulling a trailer closed the road, as firefighters worked to put out the fire. No one was hurt in the crash, but traffic is being detoured at milepost 99, through Mountain Home, and back onto the freeway at milepost 90.
We’ll let you know when the highway is reopened.

Idaho State Police are investigating a semi-truck crash and fire on I-84, east of Mountain Home. All lanes were closed overnight, and westbound lanes are still closed in the area.
KBOI-2-TV reports the semi ran into a pick-up truck on the side of the road shortly after 11pm Monday night.
Both vehicles caught on fire, but nobody was injured in the crash.
The semi was a Fed-Ex truck, and all the packages were destroyed in the fire which took several hours to put out.
Eastbound lanes are now open, but Westbound lanes are closed around 114 but traffic is being diverted through Old Highway 30.
