A man who was involved in an officer-involved shooting near Hidden Springs has been arrested.
The shooting occurred at a home on Long Branch Lane Monday around 3 p.m.
Ada County Sheriffs Deputies report they were called to the home because a man was threatening to harm himself.
Officers say they tried to talk to the man, but he pointed a gun at one of the deputies.
The deputy shot the man in the shoulder and then took him into custody. That man has since been identified as Kenneth Morehouse, who was treated at a local hospital and then booked into the Ada County Jail for Felony Aggravated Assault.
The shooting is currently being investigated by the Critical Incident Task Force.
