Today the show gets extended another hour and will now start at 3pm.
You might be thinking, “Big deal. What does this have to do with me?”
Allow me to attempt an answer.
In an average hour of my program, we’ll take 10 calls and read 5 messages (e-mail, FB messenger, tweet, etc)
Extending the show another hour allows us to average another 75 points of LOCAL feedback and response to all issues per week.
If you continue the math, that equals out to almost 4,000 more local responses per year for opportunities for your voice to be heard!
This almost 8 year experiment has always been about you, the audience, the listeners. You tune in to hear local responses and to voice your own.
You get your news from various sources but every weekday afternoon from 3p-7p, we meet here on a 50,000 watt AM radio station. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, we’ll agree, we’ll disagree, we’ll argue, we’ll debate, we’ll challenge each other.
Why are we doing this?
Simple answer: You wanted it
No other local radio show in town takes the volume of on-air live listener feedback we do every afternoon.
Thank you not only for listening, but for actively participating and contributing.
