A Chicago man is charged with a felony and a misdemeanor after allegedly harassing the crew of a Boise-bound flight.
Boise Police arrested Daniel McHugh over the weekend after his flight from Denver touched down.
According to the Idaho Statesman, members of the flight crew say McHugh was drunk when he boarded the plane, and was only allowed on board after he promised not to drink any more alcohol.
While in the air, he’s accused of getting loud and belligerent after flight attendants refused to serve him drinks.
Then he’s accused of telling a couple members of the crew he wanted to kill them.
He was arrested after the flight landed. His attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, and McHugh was released from jail on his own recognizance.
