A second man has been arrested after a fatal shooting in Twin Falls Saturday night.

22-year-old Jerry Kimball was arrested after he walked into the Twin Falls sheriff’s office and gave himself up.
The Twin Falls County Sheriffs Office reports Kimball and Jacob Marshall allegedly shot Kent Storrer and Jasper Qualls, and then stole a car.

Storrer was pronounced dead. Qualls was treated and released from a hospital.
Marshall and Kimball now face one count of first-degree murder.
