Fire crews had some activity yesterday. The Hull fire was reported Wednesday afternoon around 1:30pm in Hulls Gulch.
Several ground and areal fire resources responded from BLM and Boise City Fire Department to contain the fire to 73 acres. The fire was contained by 8:00pm. Four engines, 2 each from BLM and Boise City, will remain on scene through the night to have the fire controlled by 12 noon today.
The fire burned BLM land and private property and was determined to be human caused. Evidence and other personal items left at the scene were collected by fire investigators and will be processed to identify the responsible party.
