Wesley Watts, of Garden Valley has been charged with felony DUI and leaving the scene of an injury crash after his truck and collided with an oncoming minivan highway 16.
The Ada County Sheriffs office reports Watts also faces misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession and resisting arrest.
The crime of felony aggravated DUI is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
