Matt
Bauscher is a
Founding Partner at Amherst Madison and the 2014 All-Company Top Producer. He was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. He and his wife Lindsay have traveled to all parts of the globe but are
fortunate to call Boise their home. They couldn’t imagine raising their children anywhere but right here in Idaho, and they have a large extended family that resides in the area.

Matt understands the importance of building personal relationships and providing a great client experience, which is his highest priority. He loves interacting with everyone and is often called a people person. Observers often say that his positive energy is contagious. Matt is a very competitive individual who doesn’t accept losing. This translates very well to his real estate clients because he will go the extra mile to make sure their goals are accomplished.

The sport of basketball has given Matt some unique opportunities. The Caldwell native played for Boise State, earning various awards including Academic All-Conference, First Team All Defense, All-Tournament Team but most rewarding for him was winning the conference championship and playing in the “Big Dance” NCAA Tournament in 2008. Since his Boise State days, Bauscher has played 6 years across the pond in Europe. He has lived in Leeuwarden, Groningen and Den Bosch, The Netherlands as well as Goettingen, Germany and Larnaca, Cyprus. He has had the pleasure of playing basketball and traveling to fascinating countries such as Italy, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Russia, Spain, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, England, Denmark, Germany and Holland. Of all those beautiful locations, BOISE is still his favorite!

Matt believes strongly in education and feels he can always learn more. After graduating from Vallivue High School, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Boise State University in 2007. Since graduating with honors at Boise State, he has also completed his Masters Degree from Concordia University in Irvine, California.
