Legal advice can get expensive…but not Friday. Dan Black with the Idaho State Bar Association says it’s “Law Day”, and volunteer attorneys will be manning phones from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm to answer your legal questions.
“These are numbers that people can call and talk directly to an attorney, and the attorney can give general advice. Calls are limited to 15 minutes, but you can accomplish quite a lot in 15 minutes.”

Black says each year, about 600 lawyers statewide participate in Law Day, offering classes and free advice. It’s a nationwide event by the American Bar Association, which started in 1957.
