A 12-year-old girl from Eagle has set the world record for catching the biggest yellow perch.
Tia Wiese was ice fishing with her dad last March in Cascade when she caught a 2 pound 11ounce yellow perch.
The previous world record for yellow perch caught ice fishing was 2 pounds 6 ounces out of Sheep Pond, Massachusettes.
