A 19-year-old man is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl at an Idaho hot springs.
The Blaine County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were notified of a sexual assault that occurred at the Carey Hot Springs along Highway 26/93 east of Carey earlier this month.
Police say the girl alleged she had been raped by Marco Martinez-Reyes of Hailey Jan. 13. Deputies investigated the report and later arrested Martinez-Reyes on a felony charge of rape.
KBOI-2-TV reports – Martinez-Reyes was arraigned in Blaine County court in Hailey on Tuesday.
