Something new is coming to Nampa.
The Nampa Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday approved the building of a new WinCo at 1175 N. Happy Valley Road.
Also approved on Tuesday was the rezoning of a portion of the parking area at the Ford Idaho Center to a Business Entertainment zone, where building could now take place for a potential future hotel.
The Idaho Press Tribune reports, the commission also approved the conversion of a Nampa home to a business that would breed reptiles for sale.
