A Boise woman is behind bars after police found her child covered in physical marks.
Boise Police were called to a business near the intersection of Franklin Road and Milwaukee Street Wednesday afternoon, after people noticed the child with marks.
Paramedics were also called to the business and ended up taking the child to the hospital for treatment.
23-year-old Jazmine Vanzandt was arrested at her home, where police found evidence that the abuse took place.
She’s been charged with felony injury to a child.
